A Member Testimonial: Ameliab555

We have genuine, helpful interactions happening on our site every day. It’s an added bonus when we get to put a face with a name that’s become familiar to us, and share a member’s story with you.

Amy (Ameliab555 on DailyFeats.com) shot a testimonial over to us this week and it made our day! See it on our video testimonial page.

DailyFeats Member of the Week: Courtney

One of my favorite parts of working at DailyFeats is spending time scrolling through the live feed of feat check-ins. After a couple days here, I noticed a trend: one of our members named Courtney was checking in a lot - and not just feat after feat, but including inspiring details and genuine introspection. I liked reading her check-ins because you could tell she was really on a mission to change her life and DailyFeats was helping her accomplish that. When we decided to start doing member features on the blog, Courtney was the first person I reached out to. Here’s our conversation about how DailyFeats is changing her life.

Sara: How did you hear about DailyFeats?

Courtney: I was browsing Facebook one night shortly after New Year’s Eve and I saw a post on Shape Magazine’s Facebook page [link here] about DailyFeats. I was intrigued so I checked the site out and immediately fell in love with the layout and design of it (as an art student, the design can keep me on a site or have me exit right away!) I posted a few feats and promptly received props and comments on them, I browsed other user’s feats and I saw a great amount of support in the messages that total strangers were writing to one another. All of those factors and the easy to use and organized layout has kept me coming back every day!

S: What changes have you seen in your daily life after starting on DailyFeats?

C: I don’t even know where to begin! DailyFeats did more than just make a list of the things I want to do with my life, it made me aware that change occurs day by day and if I truly want something I have to act now! It’s made me accountable for the things I want to do. I’ve always wanted to learn Italian so I added the !secondlanguage feat and found a free course online and a free application for Android so I can accomplish that goal and the feat everyday.
