Alison from GlobalGiving invites you to Live More Generously

This month, we’re launching a challenge by GlobalGiving that helps you support projects you care about and discover ways people are creating social change. Alison Carlman, GlobalGiving’s Unmarketing Manager (love that title!) wants to share the inspiration behind this particular challenge.

Guest Blog Post by Alison Carlman

Some days it feels like the world is just full of problems. We can’t even get out of the bed in the morning without worrying. But nothing changes our attitudes and our outlook better than living generously. When each of us takes a moment to show love to others, we gain perspective for our own lives while making life easier for someone else. This Live Generously Challenge on DailyFeats is designed to help you do just that!

At GlobalGiving we see the glass half full. We think the world as full of solutions; solutions created by courageous and generous people who take risks to change their communities.  We’re a fundraising platform that gives social entrepreneurs and non-profits from anywhere in the world the chance to raise support they need to improve their communities.  We’re hoping that by living generously for one month, you’ll be inspired by the way others are changing their communities, and hopefully you’ll be part of some solutions yourself!

Thank you for your generosity.

Discover how to live more generously with tips and strategies from GlobalGiving at their DailyFeats challenge, and share your experience with us @dailyfeats and @globalgiving.
